Sign-up for aromatherapy for stress and focus with Kiley Cribbs, 11AM-1PM on Monday, April 25 in Heaton 231.

About your aromatherapy instructor. Natural and holistic healthcare and wellness products are an interest area of Kiley's. Kiley has been certified in the use of essential oils and has been teaching classes on incorporating these natural products into a busy lifestyle. 

Kiley Cribbs is the Coordinator of EMS and Police Training programs at BC3. She has degrees in Healthcare Administration and an MS in Business Psychology. She is an emergency medical services instructor and an active nationally registered paramedic.

Sign-up for Chair massages by students from the BC3 Massage Therapy program; available from 12PM-3PM on Monday, April 25 and from 11AM-2PM on Wednesday, April 27.

Therapy dogs will be visiting the library from 11AM-1PM on Tuesday, April 26. Pre-registration not required.

Sign-up for a yoga session led by Gina Rajchel, from 11AM-11:45AM on Wednesday, April 27.  Comfortable clothing is advised. Mats will be provided if needed.

About your yoga and meditation instructor: Gina Rajchel is a 200 hours Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher and a Breathe for Change Social Emotional Learning Facilitator. By integrating mindful movement with breath awareness and meditation, Gina empowers others to live to their fullest potential both on and off the mat. She has taught yoga for BC3's Lifelong Learning Program and she offers yoga and mindfulness sessions for children and adults both in-person and online. 

GIna is also the Director of the Amy wise Children's Creative Learning Center at BC3. She holds a BS from Clarion University in Elementary and Early Childhood Education, and an MS in Early Childhood Education, Administration, Management, and Leadership from Walden University.
